Notes for booking
The reservation must specify the number of people (adults and children) and the exact date of arrival and departure. Written confirmation of the reservation with the payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total, with all customer data (name, surname, address, telephone, email).
If the customer cancels the reservation 15 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned to the extent of 50%, while a subsequent cancellation involves the loss of the entire amount.
If, for reasons beyond his control, the owner is unable to respect the agreed reservation, the deposit will be refunded in full.
The balance of the reservation will be paid in full upon arrival. In case of early departure there is no refund except in exceptional and / or particular cases.
